A 360° evaluation of a symbiotic relationship between candidates and hiring organization

An evaluation of a candidate in a discussion/interview is usually both ways. Both the interviewer and the candidate evaluate each other from the perspective of their goals. It is ultimately expected that the relationships are symbiotic and shall work out for the employee, hiring manager and the organization. This must be for both short- and long-term goals for all concerned.

Thus, when evaluating a person for hiring, a holistic approach is essential to ensure you’re bringing in the right talent for both the role and the organization. Beyond just hard skills, a comprehensive 360° assessment should cover several key dimensions not just for today but for building tomorrow’s organization/business too.
